The more specific your message, the faster the answer.

1. The question first. We read the first two lines properly and skim the rest, which is honest rather than rude.
2. The page address, if there is one. Describing an article is much slower than pasting its link.
3. What you saw and what you expected. Those two together solve most of what arrives in the inbox.

Who reads this

Messages are read by the same small group who write for Feed Viewer. There is no outsourced desk and no intern filtering the inbox before a decision maker sees it.
